About Me
Alongside my professional training, I place strong value on a holistic understanding of wellbeing.
I see thoughts, emotions, and physical experience as deeply connected. When someone feels anxious, overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or disconnected from themselves, it rarely affects only one area of life. This is why I look at the whole person, not just individual symptoms in isolation.
Over the years, I have learned that no two people experience life in the same way. We all develop different coping strategies, emotional patterns, and ways of protecting ourselves through our experiences, relationships, culture, and environment. Because of this, I see each person as the expert on their own life.
Having lived in different parts of the world and worked with people from a wide range of cultural and personal backgrounds, I also understand how deeply our environment and sense of belonging shape us. I know what it can feel like to live between cultures, adapt to a different country, or search for a sense of identity and connection in unfamiliar surroundings. This is one of the reasons I particularly enjoy working with internationals, expats, and people navigating questions of identity, belonging, and personal direction.
Rather than following a rigid one-size-fits-all approach, I adapt the work to the individual, their experiences, needs, and the way they understand themselves and the world around them.
I approach each person with curiosity, respect, and genuine attention to who they are, what they have been through, and what they need at that particular point in life. Together, we look for patterns that may no longer be serving you and work toward changes that feel meaningful, realistic, and lasting.
My role is not to offer quick answers, but to create a space where insight, connection, and real change can gradually develop in a way that feels grounded and authentic to you.
My Perspective
Many of us carry unconscious beliefs about ourselves, about relationships, success, and worth. Over time, these beliefs shape how we think, how we feel, and the choices we make. I help people recognize these patterns and change the way they relate to their thoughts, emotions, and behavior.
The aim is to step out of patterns that no longer serve you and build a more stable, self-aware, and confident way of living. People often come to me during periods of stress, self-doubt, relationship difficulty, or life transition. Others simply feel stuck or disconnected from themselves and want to understand why.
Every person has a different history and a different way of coping. Because of that, the work is always individual. Together, we explore what is keeping you in repeating patterns and how to create change that feels realistic, grounded, and sustainable.
If you feel ready to begin working on these patterns, I offer a space where you can reflect, understand yourself more clearly, and move toward a more balanced way of living.
